* Sourcing new business opportunities through targeted prospecting initiatives
* Converting Property Management leads from the sales team via effective liaison and collaboration
* Working closely with Sales Agents & Property Management professionals to drive business growth
* Maintaining and developing strong, long-term client relationships
* Providing expert advice to clients on property-related matters
* Arranging and conducting thorough market appraisals to inform client decision-making
* Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses
* Undertaking ad-hoc administrative duties as required
* Leasing properties and handing over to the Property Management Team for seamless management
