As Head of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial and operational direction, working closely with both the Executive Leadership Team and the Board, while championing a customer‑centric culture and supporting sustainable mobility initiatives.
In this role, you’ll blend strategic vision with hands‑on execution, leading commercial negotiations, driving margin enhancement initiatives, and optimising operational frameworks across a global platform.
The Role : Strategic and Hands‑On Leadership
* As Head of Commercial, your responsibilities will include :
* Leading tender management and negotiations with key suppliers
* Owning supplier agreements to ensure alignment with operational and financial goals
* Driving commercial optimisation through margin analysis and continuous improvement
* Overseeing property negotiations, ROI analysis, and development initiatives
* Shaping business planning through budget modelling and monthly trading updates
* Delivering insightful P&L reviews and net revenue models to guide executive decision‑making
* Championing process improvements across logistics and operations
* Leading business improvement initiatives
* Modelling and managing residual risk across strategic partnerships
* Evaluating and launching new program initiatives that align with business objectives.
* Collaborating cross‑functionally to bring commercial rigour to new ventures and strategic projects.
What You Bring
We’re seeking a commercially astute leader who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. You’re both a strategist and an operator, bringing financial discipline and a hands‑on approach to commercial execution.
Key Skills & Experience :
* 8+ years’ experience in a senior commercial or operational leadership role
* Strong financial acumen with proven ability to model, interpret, and present complex data
* Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive decision‑making
* Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
* Background in automotive, mobility, logistics, or manufacturing sectors (preferred).
