About Our Youth Support Program
Our organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to support young people aged 12-18 who have faced trauma or abuse in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes emotional well-being and fosters positive relationships.
* Providing individualized support to young people through their journey, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.
* Fostering inclusivity and diversity within the team and among service users, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
Requirements:
* A diploma in Community Services or a related field.
* A current First Aid certificate, demonstrating commitment to safety and risk management.
* Flexibility to work afternoon, sleepover, and weekend shifts, accommodating the needs of young people and their families.
