The family friendly and food orientated venues are located within the Fremantle area offering a quality customer experience in comfort and style.
Were currently seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at SBH, our popular South Fremantle venue. This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated chef looking to advance their career in a leadership role. As part of a group supported by an Executive Chef and a hands-on operational team, youll have the backing to grow, innovate, and deliver consistently excellent food in a busy, well-established venue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
 * Ordering of stock
 * Training and mentoring of kitchen staff
 * Meeting with industry stakeholders
 * Revenue activity
 * Menu development and execution
 * Implementation of systems and standards
 * Industry compliance
 * Customer relations
The successful candidate ought to possess the following:
 * Previous experience in a head chef role or ready to step up
 * Tanda rostering experience (desirable)
 * First Aid certificate (desirable)
 * Valid work visa (if applicable)
