This role integrates community development and engagement approaches to raise awareness and enhance accessibility to vital resources through our Hubs.
* Create seamless connections between carers and essential community services
* Support carers to thrive, focusing on holistic well-being and life enhancement
* Oversight of the Carer Hub, facilitating social interaction and promoting wellbeing
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working with family carers
* Diploma or above in a support discipline
* Strong technology skills
