In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you'll partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative culture, engagement, and change initiatives that elevate performance, aligned with our strategic goals.
What You'll Do As a trusted advisor and hands-on change expert, you will: Lead organisational change across complex transformation programs, including operating model redesign.
Design and deliver engagement strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Coach leaders and teams through change, building internal capability.
Assess change impacts and risks, and develop tailored plans to support smooth transitions.
Collaborate across HR and business units to embed new ways of working.
What You Bring We're looking for a dynamic, people-focused leader with: Proven experience in complex change and transformation.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influence, and relationship-building.
Expertise in organisational design, development, and cultural alignment.
A strategic mindset with the ability to connect the dots between data, people, and performance.
Qualifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) or HR/Organisational Psychology (highly regarded).
