Drivers must possess the following:
- Current MC Drivers Licence
- Current Commercial Drivers Medical Certificate
- Mining Medical - LABDAS
- Be able to pass repeated drug and alcohol screens
- Have a good bill of health, and be physically fit
- Have a solid work ethic
- Have a current police check
- Be able to work independently
