Our Clinic is currently looking for a confident, bubbly and enthusiastic causal medical receptionist to add to our team, is this you?
Applicants with Reception/Admin experience would be preferable
MUST have experience in Best Practice MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN GP SETTING
Applicants MUST be able to work evenings and weekends, total hours would be approx. 15-20 hours per week. These hours include two evening shifts starting at 3:30pm until 9:30pm
Must have the flexibility to cover additional hours for AL/sick leave as required.
The role will involve working with our wonderful GP’s, Nurses and Allied Health professionals.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Invoicing and receipting for medical consultations and/or procedures
- Booking appointments for GP consultations, Nurses, Allied Health
- Billing and receipting
- Scanning and document management
- Ensure the productive running of the Reception desk, patients and appointment books
- Ability to multi-task when required, and prioritise tasks
- Assisting GPS with any enquiry they may have
- Above all it requires providing an exceptionally high level of customer service.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
