What You'll Do
* Lead project engineering activities on a refurbishment project valued up to $20 million
* Plan, coordinate and supervise works, equipment, subcontractors and personnel on site
* Provide technical advice across design, construction, modifications and remedial works
* Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, progress records, and project deliverables
* Develop, monitor and update programs, schedules and quantity take-offs
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and project standards
* Facilitate project team meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to drive outcomes
About You
* Proven experience in project engineering roles with refurbishment, building upgrade or fit‐out projects
* Strong technical understanding and ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings and contract requirements
* Excellent communicator – confident in stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination
* Detail‐oriented with strong reporting, documentation and organisational skills
* Construction White Card (or ability to obtain), and a commitment to site Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
