The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and delivering sales growth, occupancy, and customer conversion outcomes across BlueCare Community and Residential portfolios. This role translates customer strategy into executable sales plans, drives revenue and occupancy performance, and builds a consistent, high performing sales culture across service lines and is accountable for implementation, performance and results. In this role, you will: Lead sales and growth across Community and Residential services Drive occupancy, acquisition, conversion, and pipeline performance Execute pricing, campaigns, and market-responsive initiatives Oversee CRM (Salesforce), forecasting, budgets, and KPIs Optimise sales processes and customer experience Lead and develop high-performing sales teams Set clear targets, accountability, and incentive frameworks Build a customer- centred, high-performance culture Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support growth Monitor performance, report insights, and drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance and manage sales-related risks What makes a difference for us? Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
