In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs that enable organisational change and improved outcomes.
This role will see you provide essential project coordination and administrative support, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with scheduling and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth delivery of program activities.
You will help streamline processes and track progress against milestones in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders

About you
•Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively, formed across project coordination, administration, or transformation delivery roles, will see you excel in this position.
•You are comfortable in managing competing priorities, overcoming coordination challenges, and embedding processes that enable accurate reporting and timely outcomes.
•You're recognised as a proactive team player, skilled at planning, communicating clearly, and supporting governance activities, and experienced in documentation management, stakeholder engagement, and project support within dynamic organisational settings.
