The Role
- Deliver high level of customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
- Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain a high level of image standards in store
- Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise
- Create, propose and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends
- Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required
- Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback
- Support the other store functions as required
About You
- 1 or more years Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry OR a Visual Merchandising qualification
- Appreciation for fashion & product
- Passionate about customer service
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment
- Positive can‐do attitude and ability to work as a team
- Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
- Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
