We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to start in our workshop on a large farm based in Bullsbrook, WA.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of farm machinery.
- Work collaboratively with farm operators to minimise downtime and maximise equipment productivity.
- Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts, and labour.
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and related components.
- Servicing tractors, trucks, earth moving equipment, ATVs, UTVs, farm utes and other farm equipment/machinery.
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic and qualification preferred.
- Forklift license is preferred.
- Some welding experience is preferred.
- Understanding of agricultural equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
