What You Will Be Working On
You'll focus on strengthening systems, processes, and reporting that create operational efficiency. Building on the solid foundation in place, you'll add frameworks that enable sustainable network growth across Queensland.
Key focus areas:
Process enhancement
- work with your experienced team to implement new modules whilst documenting workflows to maximize NetSuite efficiency
Management reporting
- deliver timely, accurate financial reports and forward-looking analysis for strategic decisions
Franchisee support
- establish credit policies and benchmarking tools that improve network performance
Compliance excellence
- ensure tax, audit, and regulatory requirements are met while supporting business objectives
What Type Of Person You Are
Currently looking to step into a Financial Controller or Finance Manager with multi-entity experience, you're ready to take ownership of an entire finance function. You have proven success in process improvement, team development, and delivering reporting that influences business decisions.
You thrive on bringing clarity to complexity and genuinely care about helping business owners understand their financial performance. Someone who balances technical expertise with relationship-building skills.
Essential experience:
Multi-entity finance leadership
Experience with a cloud based, scalable, integrated ERP platform
Franchise, retail, or distribution network experience highly valued
Proven ability to work with business owners and influence through financial expertise
Track record of process improvement while maintaining team stability
