Beagl Buyers Agency is a growing Perth-based buyer's agency helping clients purchase property with confidence. As we scale, we're looking for a capable, practical HR Advisor to bring structure, consistency and great people experience across the business.
This is a hands-on, generalist role with genuine flexibility — ideal for someone who wants meaningful work without a full-time load.
The opportunity
You'll be our go-to for day-to-day HR operations — covering payroll coordination, HR admin, contracts/awards, onboarding systems, and people processes. You'll work closely with leadership and help us lift consistency, compliance, and culture as we grow.

About you
You're someone who can bring clarity and structure.
You'll likely have:
* Experience in a generalist HR role
* Confidence working across contracts, employee relations, and HR operations
* Payroll coordination experience (and strong attention to detail)
* Comfortable with implementing functionality within HR systems (bonus if you've used Employment Hero)
* Ability to interpret awards/conditions and apply them practically
* A high level of discretion and confidence dealing with sensitive matters
* Strong writing skills (policies, templates, comms) and a systems mindset
Nice to have (not essential):
* Experience in real estate, professional services, or commission-based environments
* HR qualification (Cert IV, Diploma, degree)
