To be successful you must have the following:
* 6+ years' experience as a Project Manager within townhouse, residential or multi-unit construction
* Proven experience delivering projects in the $15–30M range
* Strong understanding of residential construction methodology and sequencing
* Solid commercial acumen with the ability to manage cost and programme pressures
* Confident leadership, communication and decision-making skills
* A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 34-townhouse residential development in Brisbane, valued between $20–30 million. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from construction through to completion, on a medium-scale residential project.
