This is a full time permanent position.In this role you will assist a Legal Counsel with their Workers Compensation matters. You will ensure the efficient day to day operation of the files including preparation of matters for trial. Some of the key responsibilities includeAnalyse relevant issues and files under supervisionReview, analyse and summarise documentationDraft correspondence to clients and third partiesPreparing legal correspondence, court documents and briefs to CounselBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholdersWhat will you bring?To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to empathise with our clients whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.
