About the role:
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who understands the value of high-quality customer service.
As the Workshop Supervisor, you will report to the Service Manager, focusing on coordinating the supply, flow, and refurbishment of all second-hand units, as well as people development.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
* Inventory management, including stocktaking
* Coordinating personnel to carry out quoted work
* Managing completion dates
* Coordinating transport of completed units
* Providing coaching, development, and direction to Workshop Technicians
* Managing overall technician performance and developing necessary skills
* Overseeing refurbishing operations
Skills and Experience
* Team player with the ability to work autonomously
* AS400 experience is desirable but not essential
* High organizational skills and attention to detail
* Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
