THE ROLE
We're looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator who knows how to create scroll‑stopping content and is confident shooting, editing, directing, and ideating.
* Shoot high‑quality video – iPhone is fine
* Edit for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and founder‑led content
* Move fast with minimal hand‑holding
* Bring real brand storytelling and culture‑awareness to skincare
* Design graphics for paid and social
About 50% of your role is hands‑on editing and graphic design. You'll be filming founder content, capturing before/after transformations, shooting products, working with UGC creators, and turning assets around the same day when needed.
As you grow, you'll take on more ownership across campaigns, partnerships, and creative direction.
What You'll Do – Content Creation & Social Media
This role requires daily content creation across video and graphic design.
* Shoot and edit content for IG, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
* Concept, script, and deliver Reels, transformations, tutorials, and UGC‑style assets
* Create graphics with our images using a mix of Canva and Figma (note we do get a lot of our content shot by a photographer, so creating meta ads is a focus)
* Write captions that match our brand voice: clean, modern, culturally fluent
* Stay ahead of trending audio, formats, and skincare content
* Manage community responses, comments, and DMs
* Plan content with the founder and marketing team
* Turn briefs like "we need 5 Reels for Clear Cleanse launch" into executed, edited deliverables without hand‑holding
* Help build creative assets for campaigns, product launches, events, and promos
* Work with founder + team to bring seasonal + evergreen campaigns to life
* Contribute to email marketing (Klaviyo) – we have an agency to take care of emails but we still tweak them and communicate daily with them
* Update Shopify product pages and basic website content
* Create marketing collateral (sell sheets, in‑store signage, kit cards, packaging mockups, etc.)
* Support influencer, UGC, partnership and creator campaigns
* Assist in managing performance‑related content for Meta ads
Events & Activations
* Capture and create content at pop‑ups, retail activations, founder events, and founder collabs
* Assist with event planning, shoots, and promo content – some travel may be required
* Help coordinate UGC creators and partners on‑site
Admin & Organisation
* Maintain the marketing calendar and project boards
* Organise brand asset libraries, shoot folders, and file management
* Provide general support across the marketing team
What You'll Bring – The Must‑Haves
* 1–2 years professional experience creating content (internships included if hands‑on)
* Proven ability to shoot + edit high‑quality video quickly
* Strong editing skills across video and photo (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Lightroom or any professional‑grade platform you prefer, as long as it's sustainable for fast turnaround and managing multiple projects at once)
* Canva, Figma and Adobe Suite competency
* Ability to take a brief, shoot independently, and deliver polished content fast
* Understanding of what performs on TikTok + IG in the skincare world
* Organised, reliable, proactive
* A strong portfolio that clearly shows beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or brand content
Bonus Points
* Experience with founder‑led content or UGC direction
* Agency background
* AI knowledge – image and tech space
* Meta knowledge
* Klaviyo, Shopify, or basic web understanding
* Experience working in beauty, skincare, wellness, retail or fashion
* Understanding of skincare ingredients, transformations, and before/after capture
* Ability to storyboard, art‑direct, or build mini‑campaigns
* Live Shopping and TikTok shop
