SRM Recruitment have been retained by a growing, UK headquartered Insurance Broker who are growing their transactional risk business in Australia. As part of their developing product line they now require an M&A tax specialist to join them as a Tax Insurance Broker.
As a Tax Insurance Broker, you will act as an independent intermediary on behalf of clients such as investors, funds, private equity firms, banks, and corporations. You will not be commissioned by insurers, but will work exclusively in the interest of your clients—providing strategic advice, structuring insurance solutions, and managing relationships across all parties involved.
The successful candidate will be an qualified tax professional working in a reputable accountancy practice, law firm or an in house tax team.
You will have a depth of M&A tax knowledge and the appetite for client engagement / business development as well as technical tax work.
No previous insurance experience is required.
