Due to the nature of the role, there is a requirement for 4 days in the office in** **Fortitude Valley** with the opportunity to WFH 1 day per week. You will be part of a dynamic, driven team who's end goal is successful functioning.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Provide L2/3 Financial ERP Application Support for the Service Desk and business users on incidents and requests
- Plan and manage software updates, upgrades and performance
- Maintain accurate records of the software inventory, licenses and license agreements
**Requirements**:
- Customer focused, good organisational and professional approach
- Experience administrering Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP) is desirable
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems is desirable
- Good experience in a Service Desk/Support in a Level 2 role
- Car License Required - Ability to travel to other offices as sites as required
- Must hold an Austrlian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
