Job Description:
This role entails working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for running discovery, shaping requirements, and facilitating workshops to align business and technical stakeholders across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Key responsibilities include working across discovery, analysis, and solution design for general insurance initiatives. You will also document clear and testable requirements and user stories to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Commercial or general insurance experience
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfort working in SaaS delivery and Agile environments
