Executive Assistant Role in Government Sector

This is a unique opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant in the Government sector, supporting senior leaders and contributing to high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in executive support, senior administration, or office management and possess strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, alpha and numerical data entry skills, and highly developed communication skills.


Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, travel booking, credit card reconciliations, minute taking, and agenda preparation. You will also be responsible for drafting ministerial briefings, electronic filing, database management, and managing shared email inboxes and telephone enquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* High-Level Microsoft Office Suite Skills
* Strong Alpha and Numerical Data Entry Skills
* Highly Developed Communication Skills
* Professional Phone Manner
* Current Working with Children Check
* National Police Check (NPC)
