We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to build and nurture relationships across renewable energy developers, utilities, government bodies, and commercial/industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
* Lead the sales team to deliver innovative solutions and drive growth in existing market segments.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities in renewable energy integration, energy storage, grid modernization, and digital industry.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis.
* Mentor, inspire, and guide the sales team.
