Project Overview
Our client is a dynamic mid-tier civil mining construction company operating at a national level. They handle a broad range of projects including ground works, earthworks, major roads, bridges, pipelines, and bulk earthworks.
The project will run for at least 12 months. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to deliver concrete packages to the client's specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate form workers/steel fixes to ensure concrete pours and daily production rates are met.
* Assist with the coordination of plant and materials while reporting to the Project Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Personnel and subcontractor management experience.
* Workplace Health and Safety initiatives knowledge.
* Liaising closely with management experience.
* Ensuring time and cost objectives are met for project deliverables.
