The Opportunity
Reporting to the Global Sales Manager (UK‑based), the Key Account Manager will take ownership of major independent and multi‑site retail partners across Australia and New Zeland. You will protect and grow existing categories while unlocking new customers, with a particular new‑business focus on securing larger‑format and emerging retail channels. You'll lead commercial negotiations, build retailer partnerships, champion category insights, and influence ranging and space planning to strengthen Bevie's brands in stores. A key part of this role will be coaching and supporting a Sales Account Manager in Australia, who manages day‑to‑day operational accounts. You will also help shape, develop and deliver new and innovative products for the future, acting as the "voice of our customers" in the largest market.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow major independent and multi‑site retail accounts across AU/NZ
* Lead joint business planning, commercial negotiations and promotional programmes
* Use category insights and space‑planning principles to expand ranging and visibility
* Identify new retail opportunities and onboard new customers
* Report on commercial performance, pricing and margin improvement
* Work cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, product and finance teams
* Coach, support and guide the Australian Sales Account Manager

About You
* Experienced managing key retail customers in FMCG, consumer goods or allied categories
* Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and P&L understanding
* Analytical, data‑driven, and able to turn insights into compelling retailer stories
* Confident with cross‑functional engagement and coaching others
* Comfortable working with category/product breadth and developing new channels
* Brisbane based, with travel across AU/NZ
