Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
* Manage end-to-end engineering processes: design, procurement, build, commissioning, and handover.
* Resource planning and allocation.
* Provide technical direction and assurance.
* Review and approve technical documentation.
* Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and Clients Engineering Manual.
* Support proposals and estimates for new projects.
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
* Drive Safety in Design and risk management.
* Occasional site visits for leadership and client engagement.
