About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Implementation Specialist - Martech to join our team. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for implementing and adopting marketing technology platforms used by Coles Digital teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect platform end users, including Engineering and developers, product, marketers, and architecture to coordinate implementation/uplift initiatives.
* Owning and discovering areas of improvement, creating training and documentation to improve tool adoption.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and technical leader with solid communication and influencing skills, and a broad exposure to platforms and their APIs.
* Proven experience in marketing technology implementation projects.
* Experience with adhering to quality standards and a very high attention to detail.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially to educate and encourage adoption of technological patterns.
Requirements
* A high proficiency and ability to communicate with stakeholders via briefing and discussions, including JavaScript, React, HTML, Java, and working with APIs across different platforms.
* Meticulous and detail-oriented in managing tagging structures, testing, and deployment.
* Demonstrated ability to create high-quality documentation assets.
* Ability to document and develop training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
