Sales Administrator Position Overview
This role is responsible for providing seamless new vehicle sales administration to customers. The Sales Administrator plays a key part in ensuring that all sales administration, purchase orders, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales confirmations, coordinate the administration process, and ensure accurate and timely completion of sales administration, purchase orders, and invoicing tasks.
* Maintain and audit stock locations, vehicle movements, and truck scheduling systems.
* Prepare and maintain delivery schedules and weekly stock lists for effective inventory management.
* Coordinate truck delivery preparation, including pre-delivery tasks, accessory orders, and final inspections to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Organise registrations, trade plates, and supplier invoices to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Liaise with team members throughout the process to provide build status updates, delivery timelines, and post-delivery follow-up services.
* Monitor stock levels and delivery timelines, and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports to support business decisions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with the dealership team to foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar sales coordination or administration role is highly valued.
* Strong administration skills, including proficiency in IT systems and data analysis.

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
* Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional results.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and adaptability to new systems and processes.
