About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Business Operations team.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of a range of business applications spanning web, mobile, integration, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and support full‐stack applications using Microsoft technologies
* Build and maintain web applications and APIs using .NET and related frameworks
* Contribute to cross‐platform mobile app development (iOS and Android) using .NET MAUI
* Develop backend services and integrations using Azure and serverless technologies
* Work with SQL and cloud‐based data platforms to support application performance and reliability
* Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support DevOps practices including source control, CI/CD, and deployments
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions
Qualifications
* Experience with C# and .NET in a commercial or practical environment
* Exposure to web development and/or APIs (e.g., ASP.NET Core or similar)
* Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server or Azure SQL; interest in cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure)
* Experience using source control tools such as Git
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work across both development and support/enhancement tasks
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* A curious, solutions‐focused mindset, with a strong desire to learn, take feedback on board, and deliver outcomes
