The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance across the Northern Region. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this individual is responsible for overseeing the activities of Area Sales Managers and ensuring they align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering strong sales results through effective management of Area Sales Managers.
* Providing guidance and support to team members to optimize their performance.
* Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer personnel to discuss local trading agreements.
* Managing regional expenditure budgets and maintaining accurate records.
* Coordinating and attending customer events and meetings as required.
* Addressing performance, absence, and people management issues with HR support.
* Participating in regular manager training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
