A leading infrastructure organization seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Construction Verifier.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee surveillance and auditing to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
* Mentor and lead a team of engineers, including graduate engineers, to deliver high-quality results.
* Conduct thorough audits across various aspects, including safety, environmental, and cultural heritage.
* Monitor project progress, expenditure, and performance outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
* Promote best-practice construction standards and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
* DTMR Prequalification Level SEU03 is mandatory for this role.
* A minimum of 10 years of post-registration experience or substantial postgraduate experience in surveillance, verification, and contract management of complex road and bridge projects.
* Demonstrated expertise in administering contracts such as Transport Infrastructure Contracts, Construct Only (TIC-CO), AS4300 style Design and Construct (D&C) Contracts, relational contracts, or Collaborative Project Agreements (CPA).
* Proven ability to manage projects in line with TMR policies, standards, and specifications.
* Strong technical knowledge, big-picture thinking, and excellent relationship-building skills are essential.
