Your Role
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional desktop support by responding promptly to incidents and service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. This involves investigating, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.
* You will provide technical assistance for End User device issues, delivering an outstanding customer-oriented service experience.
* Maintain our Technical Hub for walk-up requests ensuring seamless resolution for users.
* Troubleshoot desktops laptops tablets running Windows OS (10 11).
* Work within Azure AD environment effectively leveraging its features.
* Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting common enterprise applications MS Office 365 Adobe etc..
