The Role: This is an Infrastructure & Networking-focused Senior Systems Engineer position within a small, collaborative team. You'll be working onsite in Gladstone supporting a fully equipped worksite. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting across Windows systems, networking and hardware, while working closely with customers to resolve technical issues. It's well suited to someone who enjoys practical problem solving, scripting, and working across both systems and networking in a supportive engineering environment. Responsibilities: Working onsite in the Gladstone site supporting end users Manage and maintain VMware & Microsoft Windows server & Cisco environment You and the team will oversee and maintain the servers (physical and virtual hypervisor), networking (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Wireless), and storage (SAN) equipment Resolve complex configuration issues in an IT/ OT Environment Monitor vendor support sites for the availability of firmware/software updates/patches/fixes Requirements: 10 years of Microsoft & Windows systems engineering experience Must be based in Gladstone (Relocation Allowance provided) Strong knowledge across on-premises infrastructure, networking and MS 365 stack Health & Safety knowledge of working in an industrial environment Hold rights to work in Australia.
