The Role
This is a pivotal role responsible for growing ILVE's retail and trade presence across Greater Melbourne, Victoria. You will manage and nurture an established network of premium kitchen retailers & independent appliance dealers, while actively identifying new business opportunities.
Account management
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing premium kitchen retail and trade accounts across Greater Melbourne
* Conduct regular face-to-face account visits to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities
* Develop joint business plans with key retail partners to drive sell-through and in-store performance
* Ensure ILVE products are displayed and merchandised correctly in all retail locations
* Resolve account queries, warranty matters and delivery issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the national sales team to align territory strategy with broader growth objectives
Training & brand advocacy
* Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail sales staff
* Champion the ILVE brand story, heritage and point of difference in every customer interaction
* Keep accounts informed of new products, promotions and marketing support
* Provide feedback to the national team on competitor activity, market trends and product gaps
Reporting & administration
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all accounts and opportunities
* Report on territory performance, regularly report sales results and pipeline activity
* Prepare accurate forecasts and territory plans in line with national budgets
* Manage travel and entertainment expenses responsibly within company policy
Experience & background
* Minimum 3 years in a field sales, account management, or BDM role, ideally in premium appliances, kitchen products, or a related home improvement category
* Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience managing a geographic territory and retail partner network
* Background in trade or specification sales (kitchen designers, builders, architects) highly regarded

* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
* Self-motivated and disciplined - comfortable managing your own diary and territory
* Genuine passion for premium products, design and the kitchen/cooking space
* Highly organised with strong time management and CRM discipline
* Professional, polished presentation comfortable representing a premium brand
* Valid Australian driver's licence and ability to travel regularly across Greater Melbourne
