About This Role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical product support to clients of our Real Time Agent product — a point of sale platform that streamlines the property journey.
You will assist with post-onboarding support and ad-hoc escalations for bugs and integration issues. This role is based in Melbourne within an experienced and supportive team with opportunities for career development and promotion.
In a Typical Day You Can Expect To
* Work closely with sales teams to deliver technical support to customers with varying levels of complexity.
* Manage inbound enquiries from clients via phone and email, including support to create listings, resolve template issues, and questions about bugs and integration issues.
* Identify process improvements from client feedback to align with company strategy.
* Assist with escalations and more technical queries as appropriate for experience level.
* Communicate complex issues to development and sales teams for further action.
* Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate / Developer space.
