This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven and hands-on individual to join our team at Your Podiatrist Brisbane. This role is remote, with company headquarters in Brisbane, Queensland. 
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing our marketing system from the ground up while coordinating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple media channels. You will establish a collaborative working relationship with the business owner, who will work with you on strategic and big-picture goals while taking charge of tactical implementation and execution. 
Overview

Responsibilities 
Managing the company\'s website, including updating content, ensuring website functionality, and improving website performance 
Developing and executing email marketing campaigns and managing CRM: write, schedule, and manage emails, automations, and workflows; build out email marketing campaigns, sequences, and newsletters 
Optimize marketing systems and processes from top-of-funnel awareness through to customer acquisition; improve the customer experience and increase customer lifetime value 
Graphic design and development of marketing materials: lead magnets, resources, content, brochures, and landing pages 
Create and manage content calendar: develop a content plan, create, schedule, and analyze content; repurpose assets across media channels 
Writing and editing marketing copy for social media, email, and website content 
Tracking KPIs and campaign performance: weekly metrics on website traffic, leads, and customer engagement 
Creating and managing project timelines to ensure campaigns and initiatives are completed on time

Qualifications and Non-Negotiables 
Copywriting: ability to craft direct marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, web, and social media; strong writing samples required 
Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM systems, content management systems, email marketing tools, and related technologies 
Leadership potential: initially the sole in-house marketer with potential to lead a team as goals are met 
Project management: extensive experience with deadlines and accountability 
Teachable and coachable: willingness to take ownership and learn 
Self-starter: ability to define and initiate tasks independently with a results-oriented mindset 
Conflict of interest policy: no engagement with direct competitors 
Confidentiality & IP: NDA and IP protections included on onboarding, with applicable non-compete clauses 
Day-to-Day Tasks and Skills 
Managing the company\'s website content and performance 
Developing and executing email marketing campaigns; building sequences and newsletters 
Optimizing marketing systems from awareness to acquisition and improving customer experience 
Graphic design and development of marketing materials 
Content calendar creation, scheduling, and analysis; repurposing content 
Copywriting for marketing channels 
Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and campaign performance 
Managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery 
Perks: This is a completely remote position with flexible scheduling, provided you can collaborate and attend meetings during Australian Eastern Time business hours. Starting at 10 hours per week with potential to move to full-time after an initial period. 
Additional Details 
Hourly expectation: $50 AUD/hour 
Location flexibility: work from home with team collaboration during EST business hours
