About Reach Social Supports
Reach Social Supports was founded in 2020 to address a growing absence in the disability sector of high-quality community focused NDIS supports in the Gippsland region. Reach now provides social group support, one-on-one support, support coordination and more to the NDIS communities of Gippsland, and Melbourne. We strongly advocate for the importance of community and social inclusion, and bring this into everything we do.
