About the Position
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing sales administration and support services to a national branch network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry of sales orders into software platforms.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
* Raising purchase orders, OEM manufacturing orders, and delivery orders on the M3 system.
* Providing input and feedback on process improvements within the organization.
* Responding to sales order and stock enquiries.
* Preparing daily sales reports and managing special projects as needed.
* Processing and raising long-term rental invoicing to ensure accuracy before submission.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A tertiary qualification in business administration.
* Previous experience in the material handling or automotive industry.
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as Movex.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
