The Production Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a background in accounts and be adept at following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available for production.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or issues.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production status.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of production planning and scheduling policies and procedures.
- Manage accounts-related tasks, including purchase orders, invoicing, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience as a Production Planner/Scheduler, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling principles.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in accounts management and customer service is highly desirable.
