We are ready to welcome a Reservations Sales Agent to our guest obsessed team in this influential role. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will play a pivotal role and deliver flawless customer service at every part of their journey. **This contract is full time Tues - Sat.**
**Responsibilities include**:
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodations based on their needs and preferences
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently in our reservations system
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and policies to guests
- Handle special requests and accommodate guest preferences whenever possible
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
