About the Opportunity
Tracey Brunstrom & Hammond Pty Ltd (TBH), a well-established consultancy, is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to support our team. Based in North Sydney and working in a Hybrid/flexible environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to manage and lead a team while providing crucial support to our business across multiple locations.
As an Position Accounts Payable Officer, you'll be responsible for processing invoices and payments accurately and on time, while supporting the finance team to keep things running smoothly. You'll also help maintain positive relationships with our suppliers and ensure all records are up to date.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer or contribute to the completion of end-to-end accounts payable processes. Examples of this includes collation and data entry of high volume expense invoices and claims in the ERP system, consultation and liaison with various members of the Finance team and other internal stakeholders to complete accounts processes and undertaking various vendor account reconciliation tasks.
* Developing and maintaining professional relationships with team members and other stakeholders, providing a proactive, clear and consistent approach to tasks at hand.
* Consistently demonstrates a high quality work ethic, observes sensitivity with information handling.
What you'll bring
* Relevant qualifications or certification in a business, accounting, information processing or related discipline/working towards is desirable.
* 2-3 years of bookkeeping/ERP data entry experience/ Accounts Payable experience
* A motivated self-starter with high attention to detail and demonstrated personal organisational skills.
