An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to join an dynamic team based in Rhodes.
**Your new role**
- Coordinate and Ensure daily customer order fulfillment, according to established Service Level Agreements
- Coordinate the relabelling activities, where necessary
- Coordinate the inventory transfer between satellites
- Work with the Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at established levels via execution of daily Book to Book reconciliation, cycle counts, annual physical inventory activities, analysis and reconciliations
- Coordinates with LSP general processes of inventory management as required: supports Quality sampling, provides obsolete items for destruction, repacking, relabelling, code transfers, consignment inventory replenishment, returns, claims, etc.
- Manage customer service inquiries regarding distribution with the LSP and carriers.
- Coordinates with the Customs broker the import activities
What you'll need to succeed
- SAP experience desired, not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and administrative competencies
- The ability to work independently, take ownership over a role, possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with mínimal daily direction
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work well with a team
