Fetch Mining Services – the leading supplier of blue collar Operators and Mobile Maintenance staff in WA – is urgently seeking over 50 Mobile Plant Operators for a number of brand new mines in WA as well as established sites ramping up production. These roles cover Gold, Iron Ore, Lithium, Mineral Sands and Magnetite across highly respected mining contractors.
We work with all the best mining contractors in WA and have access to the biggest, newest and best projects, allowing you to be busy across multiple projects or find long‐term secure permanent work.

Available Roles
* Dump Truck Operator – $55 – $63 per Hour (Load and Haul – 777, 785, 789, 793s)
* Loader Operator – $60 – $66 per Hour (ROM, Road Trains, Trucks, Crusher Loading)
* Grader Operator – $60 – $68 per Hour (site maintenance, haul roads and access roads)
* Dozer Operator – $60 – $75 per Hour (Tip heads, feeding DMU, drill prep, clearing, stockpile management)
* Excavator Operator – $68 – $75 per Hour (Production Loading – 1200 / 1900 / 2600 / 3600)
* All‐Rounder Operator – $65 – $70 per Hour (minimum 2 of: Dozer, Grader, Loader)
* Excavator All‐Rounder – $65 – $75 per Hour (Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Grader, Truck)
* Supervisor (2/2 or 8/6) – $85 – $95 per Hour (Must have S26)
Experience / Site Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience as a Production operator on the above machinery
* Police clearance or willingness to obtain
* Site‐based experience essential
* Experience in a fast‐paced, high‐volume role
* Ability to work well with others and have a good attitude
* Operating tickets not required – current driver's licence is
* Must pass a pre‐employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
* Great attitude and willingness to learn
* Must complete online inductions
* Provide 2 recent contactable references
* Must be able to commence ASAP
