Your responsibilities include antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including assessment, planning, and interventions aimed at achieving optimal birthing outcomes.You will coordinate care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure accurate record-keeping to meet legal requirements. You will supervise and delegate tasks to less experienced staff, supporting quality birthing outcomes. The role offers rotating shifts, flexible work, and a friendly country town lifestyle. You’ll join a dynamic team, supported by experienced clinical staff, with orientation and ongoing education opportunities.Rural Health Workforce Incentives SchemeYou may qualify for a $20,000 sign-on bonus if you have moved (evidence required) from MM1-2 (metro) location, interstate or internationally to work in our district. If you do not meet this criteria, attraction incentives or allowances of up to $10,000 may apply.Retention incentives of up to $5,000 after 12 months of service may apply.Incentives for part time employment are paid at a pro-rata rate.
