What Will You Be Doing?
* Direct and manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policy.
* Develop and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
* Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market expansion initiatives.
* Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service excellence.
* Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for staff and customers.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Lead by example approach, particularly in the Sales and Operations areas
* Excellent people management skills with the ability to support an inclusive and diverse group
* Food service, FMCG or related industry experience, although not essential would be well regarded
* Ability to communicate at all levels developing strong relationships with key stake holders (Suppliers, Customers, General Managers, Area Business Managers, PFD Group Leaders, Employees)
* Strong business acumen and ability to interpret profit and loss reporting
