Commis Chef 
to support our growing culinary operations. This is an ideal role for a qualified chef who is eager to learn, thrives in a team environment, and wants to work in a high-energy venue that delivers exceptional food and service across a range of outlets.

We proudly host national and international sporting fixtures and are home to local cricket and AFL. What You'll Do 
As a Commis Chef, you'll play a key role in preparing and delivering consistent, high-quality meals across our diverse food outlets, including: 
Café 
– barista breakfasts, light lunches and dinners, and grab-and-go treats 
Bistro 
– modern pub fare, rotating specials, and family favourites 
Functions 
– canapés, plated dinners, buffets, and bespoke menus for events of all sizes 
You will: 
Work under the guidance of senior chefs and our Executive Chef 
Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality 
Support the team in daily food preparation and service 
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in line with our Food Safety Program 
Assist with stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation 
Contribute to a positive kitchen culture where teamwork is valued

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
