Overview of the Job
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our project team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of site staff.
* Assist in managing rosters, including data entry and record checking.
* SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.
* Assist with collecting and collating timesheet information.
* Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management.
* Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.
* Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administration role.
* Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
* Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
