What are your responsibilities: Prepare and assist in cooking Asian dishes to a high standard, following recipes and chef instructions.Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service prep.Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.Ensure cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory control.Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
What we are looking for: Passion for food and flair for creativity.Previous experience working in Asian cuisine is essentia.lExperience in a busy kitchen environment.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.Excellent communication skills and presentation.A love for quality ingredients and the craft of cooking.
