We are seeking a motivated RTO Administration Officer to support our VET in Schools team.
About the Position
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our student administration processes. You will work closely with our trainers and head of departments to provide exceptional service to our students and schools.
Your Key Tasks
* Process student applications and supporting documents
* Update student records and maintain accurate databases
* Respond to phone and email enquiries from schools and students within agreed timeframes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Substantial experience in VET administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A results-driven approach and ability to meet deadlines
* A willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
